Job Description:

A Social Media Account Management Specialist is responsible for managing and developing the organization's presence on social media platforms by creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and boosting sales.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


Manage social media accounts and publish content regularly.


Prepare a content plan that aligns with the brand identity.


Create creative ideas for content (images, videos, reels).


Respond to messages and comments and interact with followers.


Monitor account performance, analyze engagement, and generate reports.


Participate in planning marketing campaigns and advertisements.


Coordinate with the team to implement photo sessions and product launches.



Requirements:


Experience in managing social media accounts.


Knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.


Skills in content creation and basic photography or editing.


Ability to communicate well with clients.


Creativity and the ability to propose new marketing ideas.

  • Manages and follows up with accounts on purchase orders, payments as relevant.
  • Provides insights and creative support for quarterly priorities - competitor reviews, communication platforms, and key messages.
  • Supports hotel photo or video shoots.
  • Responds to trade or guest requests and needs professionally, timely, and with passion.
