About the Role
Join us at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh as a Social Media Specialist. In this dynamic role within our Sales and Marketing team, you will support the Director of Marketing Communications in ensuring that all content is created, consistent, and systematically organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns per the established plan.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, postings, and interactions.
  • Create flyers for digital screens using Adobe applications.
  • Maintain the media plan’s structure and organization.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of marketing materials and corporate gifts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and assist in enhancing hotel presentations.
  • Manage purchase orders and payments related to marketing materials.
  • Provide creative support and insights for quarterly strategies and competitor analyses.
  • Assist during hotel photo or video shoots.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to trade or guest inquiries.

  • Manages and follows up with accounts on purchase orders, payments as relevant.
  • Provides insights and creative support for quarterly priorities - competitor reviews, communication platforms, and key messages.
  • Supports hotel photo or video shoots.
  • Responds to trade or guest requests and needs professionally, timely, and with passion.
