Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Account Management: Lead the social media strategy and execution for various clients across different industries.
  • Content Excellence: Create, curate, and manage high-performing content (copy, images, and video briefs) tailored to each client’s unique brand voice.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop data-backed monthly content calendars and campaign strategies to meet client business goals.
  • Client Communication: Act as a bridge between the agency and clients, presenting reports and discussing creative ideas.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for multiple accounts, providing weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Rapidly adapt viral trends to fit different client niches effectively.

Requirements:
  • Agency Experience: 2+ years of experience working within a marketing or digital agency is highly preferred.
  • Versatility: Proven ability to switch between different brand tones and industries seamlessly.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of how social media integrates with the broader digital marketing funnel.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with scheduling tools and basic design/video editing apps.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
