About the Role

Masimo is seeking a Sr Analyst AR & Credit to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on managing accounts receivable and credit processes for the Middle East region and other assigned countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cash collection activities to ensure timely receipt of customer payments for the Middle East region and any additional countries.
• Manage the invoicing process for third-party customers in compliance with Zatca requirements.
• Execute the AR month-end close process efficiently across multiple databases and countries.
• Maintain an accurate debtor's ledger and reconcile customer payments against invoices.
• Reconcile and calculate agent sales commissions for specified periods.
• Prepare and present AR metrics reports to management for the region.
• Process and record manual adjustments and credit memos.
• Review orders for release and enforce ship-hold policies when necessary to manage supply to customers.
• Provide support to the finance team in Switzerland and local management.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and the Masimo Sales team to foster mutual understanding regarding collection risk management.
• Review and prepare documentation to facilitate the timely issuance and collection of Letters of Credit.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service department to address customer and order inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to Masimo's credit policy.
• Undertake ad hoc AR reporting and project work as required.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in credit and collections is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Experience in documentary credit is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
