About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Sr. Pre-Qualification & Prescription Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Prequalification Management: Prepare, review, and submit technical prequalification documents for maintenance and service scopes according to customer and authority requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of service-related prequalification packages. Follow up on prequalification status and provide responses to technical clarifications regarding service offerings.
• Service Prescription & Scope Definition: Support the inclusion of maintenance, operation, and service add-ons within technical specifications and contract documents. Review service-related specifications to identify opportunities for scope alignment and compliance. • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain service-related technical documentation, compliance matrices, and approval records. • Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at improving service prequalification processes, documentation quality, and scope clarity. Capture lessons learned and technical feedback to enhance future service offerings.
