About the Role

Salam is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on leading and delivering complex strategic projects. The role requires a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management.

Role Overview

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for providing direction, governance, and stakeholder leadership to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects. This involves aligning project outcomes with business objectives while adhering to approved scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements, all in accordance with Salam's PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex and strategic projects following Salam PMO project lifecycle, methodologies, and governance.
• Define project strategies, objectives, scope, budgets, timelines, and resource plans to achieve business outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution within approved scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
• Establish project governance structures and ensure compliance with stage gates, approvals, and organizational policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address deviations and optimize outcomes.
• Oversee project financial performance, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
• Drive project-related change management activities and support business readiness and adoption.
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates, performance reports, and key decisions to senior management and governance committees.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and project team members to strengthen project management capabilities.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS (Moammar Information Systems), or any related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• PgMP® / PfMP® certifications are preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in the project management field.
