About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects. The role requires a strong background in project management, strategy development, and vendor relations, ensuring projects align with defined outcomes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies aligned with clear outcomes and defined KPIs, providing evidence of past contributions to similar projects.
• Manage large-scale projects or events, including conferences, exhibitions, and other significant activations.
• Support the development of required Request for Proposal (RFP) scopes.
• Oversee and manage multiple vendors across various projects and activations concurrently.
• Administer and control budgets for multiple project activations.
• Liaise with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts, agreements, and process payments upon project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects or events is essential.
• Proven ability to develop strategies aligned with clear outcomes and KPIs.

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and practices.
• Exceptional multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong Time Management skills to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
