About the Role

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Sr. Storage & Backup Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on enterprise storage and backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end storage projects utilizing PScale, ECS, and DataDomain solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable storage and virtualization architectures.
• Analyze client requirements and assess existing infrastructures to propose optimal storage and virtualization strategies.
• Configure, test, and validate migration and deployment processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal operational disruption.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth post-deployment operations and resolve escalated technical cases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Proven expertise in PScale, ECS, and DataDomain storage and virtualization technologies.
• Experience managing complex storage and virtualization deployment/migration projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining storage and virtualized infrastructure.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
