The Role: Stakeholder Manager (Saudi Nationals)

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position specifically for Saudi Nationals. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with local government authorities and related stakeholders concerning Hard and Soft Facilities Management (FM) services within public spaces. The manager ensures that high-quality FM services are delivered in alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory standards, and community expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities, government agencies, and community stakeholders regarding FM services within public spaces.
• Conduct regular meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure services align with stakeholder expectations and regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication between FM teams and stakeholders on operational issues, service delivery, and community concerns.
• Oversee the performance of contractors providing hard and soft FM services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KSA regulations.
• Monitor service quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all public realm assets.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies as required to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• No prior experience is required for this role.
