Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are cleaned and sterilized correctly.
• Conduct checks on processing equipment and report any issues.
• Dismantle, check, assemble, and pack instruments and equipment properly.
• Document equipment processing and adhere to safety regulations when handling hazardous substances.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper use of PPE.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field (oral and dental health, infection control, or sterilization).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing sterilization activities.
• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work harmoniously with staff.
• Knowledge of Saudi Center for Accreditation of Health Facilities standards.

As a Sterilization Specialist at Nahdi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of medical procedures by maintaining proper sterilization of medical and surgical tools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Decontaminating surgical and medical instruments.
• Preparing operating areas and setting up equipment for surgical procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with health regulations to protect patients from infections.
• Assembling medical equipment and performing quality control checks.
• Conducting inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintaining accurate sterilization records and keeping tools organized for timely access by physicians.

In this role, you will work primarily indoors, with a structured schedule of 6 working days with 1 day off each week. Working hours are from 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM, allowing for a 4-hour break in between.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (chemistry, microbiology, biology, biochemistry).
• A professional accreditation certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

• Receive and decontaminate soiled surgical instruments and equipment from clinical areas.

• Assemble instrument sets and procedure packs according to established protocols.
• Prepare instruments for sterilization following manufacturer recommendations.

Qualifications:

• CSSD Technology Diploma from a recognized institution.
