Stock Assistant CHANEL

About the Role

Etoile Group is seeking a Stock Assistant for CHANEL in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for the effective management of the boutique's stock in a dynamic retail environment. The Stock Assistant will contribute to optimizing the shop's results by supporting the sales floor and ensuring excellent customer service, aligning with CHANEL's commercial and image strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize stock activities, including the reception and control of deliveries, customer reservations, obsolete items, invoice and packaging follow-up, product re-labelling, and sales organization.
• Ensure the proper conduct and results of inventories in accordance with established procedures, covering rotating inventories by product family, the annual inventory, and remote stock inventory.
• Propose optimizations to management for operational processes, improvements to the supply system, and logistics organization.
• Conduct regular stock analyses to provide input for optimization strategies.
• Develop and lead Morning Briefs when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professionalism in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
• A keen sense of customer service.
• Pronounced team spirit and a strong results orientation.

Work Environment

This role operates within a luxury retail environment, working directly with the Operations Manager to facilitate sales floor operations and ensure optimal customer service. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
