About the Role
SOHO Group is seeking a Store Manager for its location in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience in retail leadership, offering an incentive bonus structure.
Role Overview
The Store Manager will operate as a business owner, responsible for leading, managing, and developing all facets of the store's operations. The role involves fostering a productive work environment aligned with company values, consistently achieving sales and profitability targets, driving operational excellence, maintaining merchandising standards, and developing a strong sales and operations team. Experience in luxury retail and managing peak business periods is beneficial for maintaining high service and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement store retail strategies, leveraging local market knowledge of clientele and competitors.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by utilizing KPIs to support business growth strategies.
- Lead the team using company tools, incentives, and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure the store team embodies the company's mission and principles to effectively communicate brand identity.
- Cultivate an environment of growth, accountability, and inclusivity through development, performance management, training, and coaching.
- Conduct talent analysis and establish career progression plans to retain key talent and reduce turnover.
- Establish internal and external talent pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategies.
- Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure strategy execution.
- Support the execution of operational and visual guidelines and champion strong visual standards on the salesfloor.
- Support a safe work environment and efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador and foster a store culture aligned with brand principles.
- Implement effective communication strategies throughout the store.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail or a related industry leadership role.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Agility to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A strong drive to achieve business results in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
- A business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Independent work ethic, effective time management skills, and personal accountability.
- Ability to align with and embody company guiding principles.
- Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting.
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift.
