About the Role

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role requires a background in luxury retail to oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and client relationship management.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, cash control, and compliance.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
  • Organize client events and promotional activities.
  • Monitor team performance and support recruitment and training initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess proven experience as a Store Manager within the luxury retail sector. This includes experience in areas such as:

  • Luxury Retail
  • Beauty
  • Fragrance
  • Fashion
  • Jewelry
  • Premium Brands

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Experience in managing store operations, merchandising, and team performance.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
