Job Description

About the Role

Fendi is seeking a Store Manager to represent the brand in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time position requires a leader dedicated to upholding Fendi's brand DNA, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships through exceptional service and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the sales process and analyze business performance to develop and implement action plans for sales generation across all product categories.
  • Provide sales leadership, setting performance targets for the team and individuals.
  • Maintain awareness of the local trading environment and competitor activities.
  • Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service to meet client expectations.
  • Develop loyal Fendi clients through CRM tools, clienteling actions, and in-store events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with VIP clients.
  • Improve Mystery Shopper results through targeted action plans.
  • Motivate employees, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department on recruitment to meet store staffing needs.
  • Identify training needs for individuals and the team, communicating these to HR.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
  • Ensure Fendi's standards are consistently applied across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising, and back-office activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
  • 5-7 years of experience in management within a top-location luxury retail business.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills; self-reliant, friendly, and patient.
  • Demonstrated leadership, confidence, organization, and professionalism.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Goal-oriented approach and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages are considered a plus.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
