Join Seddiqi Holding as a Store Keeper! This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Retail team based in Riyadh-Kingdom. You will support the Deputy Store Manager and retail sales team to ensure operational excellence in the boutique including overall inventory management and storage standards.

Your mission:
  • Continuously embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to customers.
  • Open and close the store following protocol.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic audits.
  • Provide feedback to improve store processes and operations.
  • Assist with inventory management and product replenishment.

Back of House (BOH):
  • Sync physical inventory with the digital system for accurate management.
  • Ensure a well-functioning stock room for customer service efficiency.
  • Manage merchandise inventory levels.
  • Be the main contact for operational questions regarding product flows.
  • Train store team on BOH processes and procedures.
  • Support maintenance and facility management for store standards.
  • Act as the IT expert for troubleshooting and training.

Your story:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently or as a team.
  • Strong eye for maintaining store condition.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like SAP Retail.
  • Fluent in English.
