Join Khatib & Alami as a Legal Affairs Manager!We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver expert legal counsel to our senior management team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our strategic decision-making process while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret Saudi laws and regulations covering commercial, administrative, criminal, and labor laws.
- Prepare comprehensive legal studies, opinions, and reports to assist executive and senior management.
- Oversee litigation, claims, and disputes, coordinating with external law firms as necessary.
- Represent the organization in judicial and administrative proceedings.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and manage legal risks.
- Support the development of internal policies and procedures in alignment with legal standards.
- Provide legal guidance on tenders and significant project contracts.
- Identify legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and regulators on legal aspects of projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in law or a related legal specialization (a master’s degree is an advantage). Professional legal certification or bar admission is preferred. You should have 12–20 years of progressive legal experience, ideally from leading law firms or major real estate development companies dealing with high-value construction projects.
