About the Role

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking a Supervisor Civil to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing all civil works related to STC telecommunications projects, ensuring that all activities adhere to stringent standards and project requirements.

Role Overview

The Supervisor Civil holds a key position in managing and coordinating civil construction activities across various STC telecommunications initiatives. This encompasses a broad scope, including telecom sites, towers, shelters, fiber optic infrastructure, and all associated civil construction. The primary objective is to ensure that all work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with STC standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities specifically for STC projects.
• Ensure that site preparation, foundations, tower bases, shelters, handholes, manholes, duct banks, and trenching works are executed precisely according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors and site teams diligently to ensure continuous compliance with STC standards and overall project requirements.
• Verify that all civil works are completed safely, within the allocated schedule, and strictly within budget, while meeting all stipulated quality requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in civil works supervision, with a strong preference for experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee diverse civil construction activities, including those related to telecom sites and fiber optic networks.
• Comprehensive understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies relevant to telecommunications.
• Demonstrated capability to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role primarily involves on-site supervision and coordination of civil works for telecommunications projects, requiring active presence at various project locations.
