About the Role

Perfect Purity is seeking an experienced Teacher Trainer with expertise in K-12 Mathematics and Science. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves developing and delivering training sessions to empower educators in implementing STEM/Math/Science programs. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Teacher Trainer will focus on enhancing educators' capabilities through comprehensive training. This includes developing and updating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing targeted coaching. The role is suitable for current or former Teachers, Subject Coordinators, and Heads of Departments (HODs) with a background in educational leadership and digital educational tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions, hands-on workshops, and webinars for K-12 STEM, Math, and Science educators, delivered both online and onsite across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop, customize, and regularly update high-quality training materials, presentations, and resources to meet evolving educational standards and Saudi Ministry of Education requirements.
• Tailor training content to address specific needs related to STEM/Math/Science product implementation, inquiry-based learning, classroom management, and educator soft skills.
• Revise and create new course materials to ensure alignment with international and national STEM standards (*, NGSS, CCSS Math), current educational research, and best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, technological integrations, and innovative practices in K-12 Math and Science education to continuously enrich training programs.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and client-relations teams to support the adoption and success of educational products and solutions in local schools.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with teachers, coordinators, school administrators, and key educational decision-makers.
• Represent the organization professionally at educational conferences, seminars, and industry events across the region, actively promoting solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in an educational role.
• Strong expertise in K-12 Mathematics and Science.
• Track record of educational leadership.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in STEM, Math, and Science.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital educational tools.
• Experience as a Teacher, Subject Coordinator, or Head of Department (HOD) is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on educational transformation, with responsibilities for delivering training both online and onsite across Saudi Arabia.
