Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the delivery of complex infrastructure and utility projects within the region.

The Role of Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day technical delivery of design and construction supervision services. This involves coordinating between various disciplines to ensure integrated and compliant project execution across all scopes. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the technical delivery of infrastructure, HV cabling, and potable water network programs, ensuring that design and supervision teams operate as a cohesive and compliant delivery unit. The successful candidate will oversee technical delivery across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on large-scale developments, managing design-supervision integration, risk, and Client reporting for complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, construction supervision, and quality teams across infrastructure and utility scopes.
• Track project progress, technical risks, and resourcing, escalating issues as needed.
• Review and approve key technical deliverables prior to Client submission.
• Manage interfaces between roads, HV cabling, and potable water network packages.
• Support the Project/Construction Director in reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing interfacing multi-package infrastructure and utility programs on a single site.
• Regional experience coordinating Wet Utilities and Dry Utilities/HV packages simultaneously.
