We are a global law firm with an innovative and collaborative environment, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our Technology Team at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters.

Position Overview:
The Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for providing top-notch technical support in a 24x7 phone-based call center environment. You will be pivotal in resolving technical issues, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every task while delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills.
  • Assist with department activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Be flexible to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of technical support experience in a law firm or 7+ years in a professional services organization.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification in MS Word; A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
  • Prior experience with IT ticketing systems.

Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
