About the Role

Riyadh Air is Saudi Arabia's new national airline, headquartered in Riyadh. As a digitally native carrier, Riyadh Air is transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. We are seeking individuals to join our team and contribute to this vision. As a Technician II Structures within our Line Maintenance team at Riyadh Airport, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our fleet. This position requires direct work on aircraft, performing structural inspections, executing composite repairs, and resolving maintenance discrepancies in a fast-paced operational environment. You will serve as the technical authority on structural integrity, collaborating closely with engineers and fellow technicians to ensure every aircraft departs in peak condition, all in full compliance with GACA regulations, Riyadh Air policies, and E&M procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural inspections on aircraft.
  • Execute composite repairs on aircraft structures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
  • At least 2 years of specific experience in aircraft composites and structures.
  • Valid Aircraft Maintenance Licence (GACA, FAA, EASA, or equivalent CAA).
  • Boeing 787 Composite Repair Certification for Technicians.
  • Strong working knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals.
  • Proven experience evaluating and repairing composite structures on the B787.
  • Proficiency in wet lay-up, prepreg repair techniques, and hot bonder operation.
  • Ability to obtain police security clearance for airside operations.
