About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Techno Functional Consultant L2 to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves executing required customizations, applying configuration changes across multiple modules within existing systems, and supporting the implementation of business processes. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to support the technical and functional aspects of system implementation and optimization. This includes managing customizations and configurations across various modules to align with business process requirements and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications in line with project objectives.
• Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, identifying preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, based on an understanding of functional and technical linkages.
• Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system, and support the implementation of business processes.
• Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between various applications.
• Analyze performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including design documents and process documents.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a techno-functional consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience in system customization and configuration across multiple modules.
• Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
