Role Overview: Territory Manager Central Zone
Aerogen is seeking a full-time Territory Manager for the Central Zone, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving the commercial performance of Aerogen's distribution partners by providing clinical support and training on products to end-users. The Territory Manager leverages product knowledge to cultivate relationships with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and support distributors in achieving sales targets. This involves communicating product value, addressing clinical and commercial adoption barriers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory plan to drive Aerogen revenues through customer engagement, territory management, and collaboration with OEM and distributor partners.
- Execute a high-quality territory action plan aligned with Aerogen's commercial excellence framework, focusing on key account performance and reporting weekly activities via CRM.
- Utilize omnichannel customer tools and global marketing campaigns to enhance market access and product visibility.
- Provide sales support, including training for distributor and OEM partners.
- Collaborate with distributor partners within the region to align on strategic direction and growth focus.
- Drive the utilization of Aerogen’s sales excellence and learning management tools among distributor partners.
- Ensure strong customer engagement, including systematic engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and close liaison with Medical Affairs in key accounts.
- Partner with Aerogen’s Marketing team on the launch of new products.
- Conduct peer-to-peer and promotional events in the assigned territory in partnership with distributors.
- Engage with main KOLs within governmental sectors responsible for major tender procurements, such as the Ministry of Health.
- Establish access to key reimbursement authorities and major insurance companies within the territory to facilitate product approval and coverage.
- Participate in partners' Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years of previous experience in similar commercial roles within the medical device industry.

Work Environment and Travel
This role requires extensive domestic travel, approximately 80% of the time, and international travel as needed.
