The Role: Territory Sales Manager

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves representing Dexcom and its products to healthcare professionals and institutions, with a primary focus on diabetes care. The manager will provide technical expertise to customers to support the continued and expanded use of Dexcom's products within an assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Dexcom products within an assigned geographic area or specific accounts to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets by developing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers.
  • Develop and implement market development plans and strategies, establish education on company products and services, and support business activities.
  • Arrange product demonstrations, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and identifying customer opportunities.
  • Actively identify initiatives and execution tools to ensure and maximize product penetration growth.
  • Provide feedback on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management business units.
  • Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 to 8 years of sales experience within the healthcare sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in diabetes care or an equivalent field, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated success within a healthcare environment.
  • Sound experience in analyzing data.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Travel Expectations

This role requires significant travel, estimated between 50% to 75% of the time, to cover the assigned geographic area and accounts.
