About the Threat Management Senior Analyst Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a skilled Threat Management Senior Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the daily operation and management of our clients' threat management platforms. The role involves actively monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats to ensure the security and integrity of client systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily Solution Operation and Management of client Threat Management platforms, including Anomali ThreatStream, Anomali Match, Tenable VA, and FortiSOAR.
• Handle alerts and incidents generated from security tools as part of Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Perform initial analysis and investigation of security alerts and incidents to determine their nature and impact.
• Support routine health checks for the Threat Management platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Assist with patching activities for the Threat Management platforms to maintain security and functionality.
• Contribute to Service Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of threat management services.
• Drive Continuous Value Addition within agreed service levels, ensuring clients receive high-standard security support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in threat management and security operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle alerts and incidents within an Incident and Problem Management framework.
• Experience in performing initial analysis and investigation of security events.
• Familiarity with supporting health checks and patching activities for security platforms.
• Commitment to contributing to service quality improvement and continuous value addition.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using and managing Anomali ThreatStream and Anomali Match.
• Experience with Tenable VA for vulnerability assessment.
• Knowledge of FortiSOAR for security orchestration, automation, and response.
• Strong understanding of Incident and Problem Management principles and practices.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on supporting client operations within the Middle East region.
