About the Treasury Finance Analyst Role

Senna is seeking a Treasury Finance Analyst to join its corporate finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for a comprehensive range of treasury and corporate finance operations, contributing to the company's financial stability and efficiency. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Treasury Finance Analyst will oversee and govern treasury and corporate finance activities, ensuring adherence to group financial policies, governance frameworks, and liquidity requirements. Key responsibilities include managing daily cash liquidity and forecasting cycles to ensure timely financial obligations are met. The role also involves managing banking relationships, coordinating funding arrangements, and supervising bank account management, including openings, closures, and KYC updates. Furthermore, the analyst will manage the issuance and administration of financial instruments such as Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee.

Investment and Financial Planning

This position directs cash investment activities, including deposits, Islamic investments, Sukuk, and structured instruments, with the objective of optimizing returns on idle cash and liquidity. The Treasury Finance Analyst will provide financial analysis and recommendations for capital structure optimization, CAPEX, M&A transactions, and long-term financial planning initiatives. Monitoring working capital, financial exposure, and treasury risks is also a critical aspect of the role, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding financial stability.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related field. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. Demonstrated experience in managing liquidity, cash forecasting, and banking relationships is essential. Practical knowledge of financial instruments, including Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, and Islamic finance products like Sukuk, is necessary. Familiarity with capital structure analysis, working capital management, and support for CAPEX or M&A transactions is expected. A strong understanding of financial risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements is also a prerequisite.

Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing liquidity, cash forecasting, and banking relationships. Proficiency in understanding and managing financial instruments is crucial. The role requires a solid grasp of capital structure analysis, working capital management, and the ability to support strategic financial transactions. A strong foundation in financial risk management principles and an understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks are also key competencies for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Experience operating within a group finance or multi-entity corporate structure is considered an advantage.
