The Role: Unified Communication Engineer

Avensys Consulting is seeking a skilled Unified Communication Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on the implementation and support of unified communication solutions. The role involves working with key technologies such as Avaya Aura solutions, Cisco unified communications, and Session Border Controllers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support AVAYA Aura solutions, Cisco unified communications, and Session Border Controllers.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply change requests as required by project specifications.
• Provide support during the implementation and ongoing support phases of projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with unified communication and call center systems.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP and ***
• Proficiency in network technologies such as DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN.
• Technical Certifications from vendors like Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
• Experience with contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
