About the UX Researcher Role at HUED

HUED is seeking a dedicated UX Researcher to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in user research and usability studies. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating user insights into actionable recommendations to enhance digital products and customer experiences. Arabic fluency is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives.
• Design and facilitate user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and usability testing sessions.
• Analyze research findings to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive research reports, personas, journey maps, and insight presentations.
• Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product teams, and stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Present research findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital products and services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in UX Research or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and customer research.
• Demonstrated ability to create research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and detailed research reports.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential, with proficiency in English.
• Candidates based in Riyadh or willing to relocate are preferred.

Work Location and Availability

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Candidates who are available to join on short notice will be given priority consideration.
