• Welcoming customers and providing them with professional service
• Completing car rental procedures (contracts / delivery / receipt)
• Entering data into the system accurately
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Following up on reservations and appointments

Requirements:

• Good appearance and courteousness in dealing
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers
• Ability to work under pressure and commitment to working hours
• Previous experience in a similar field is preferred

Job Details:

• 6 days a week
• Evening shift
• Professional work environment
