We are looking for a female car rental employee who has a refined style and a distinguished presence in dealing with customers, characterized by high negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to turn inquiries into successful contracts professionally.

Fluency, quick thinking, good conduct, and the ability to understand the client's needs and provide the appropriate solution in an intelligent and convincing manner are required.

It is preferable to have previous experience in customer service or sales, and knowledge of rental programs such as the Dynamics program is considered an additional advantage and not a basic requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customers and serving them with high professionalism.
  • Explaining offers and contracts clearly and convincingly.
  • Negotiating with clients and closing contracts efficiently.
  • Following up with customers and responding to inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Entering contracts and data and following up on bookings.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction and building an excellent relationship with them.
