About the Venue Management Coordinator Role
Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Venue Management Coordinator to support the delivery of a major international sporting event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves assisting the Venue Management team with daily operations, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning across multiple venues.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Venue Management Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of venue operations throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for individuals experienced in fast-paced, dynamic environments who can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Support the Venue Management team in planning and delivering venue operations.
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure venue readiness for all event phases.
- Assist in developing and maintaining venue operational plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Liaise with functional areas including Security, Accreditation, Workforce, Transport, Medical, Technology, Broadcast, Cleaning, Catering, and Facilities Management.
- Monitor venue readiness and ensure operational requirements are met according to project timelines.
- Participate in venue inspections, operational meetings, site visits, and readiness reviews.
- Track actions and operational issues, following up with stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Support venue testing, rehearsals, and operational readiness exercises.
- Assist in coordinating contractors, suppliers, and service providers within the venue.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, risk registers, and venue documentation.
- Support event-time venue operations and contribute to resolving operational issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, operational procedures, and event standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess proven experience in supporting venue operations for major international events. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Proven experience supporting venue operations for international sporting events, tournaments, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, or other large-scale events.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Background
Additional experience that would be advantageous includes working with international federations, government entities, or major event stakeholders, as well as experience across multiple venues during large-scale events.

Work Environment and Logistics
This is a contract role based in Riyadh. Candidates must be willing to travel between Riyadh and Jeddah as required to fulfill their duties.
