Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing product displays that enhance customer engagement and promote product visibility
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed according to planograms
  • Monitor store layout and product placement, making adjustments as necessary to optimize customer flow and sales performance
  • Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive brand awareness
  • Work with price tags, checking their relevance

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail or beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and products
