As a Guest Service Expert, you will proactively deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and supplies to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all guest interactions and transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods throughout shifts.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Managing menus, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Engaging in hands-on work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
