Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow relevant logistics instructions to maintain consistency in operations.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
  • Forecast inventory requirements to ensure materials are available.
  • Perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures.
  • Coach junior staff on tasks to maintain compliance with guidelines.
  • Enter and manage data related to manufacturing orders in SAP.
  • Communicate with other departments to facilitate operational continuity.

Qualifications: We seek candidates with:
  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations:
    Manage daily warehouse operations for EV chargers and robotics/drones components. Receive, store, and issue materials while ensuring full traceability. Apply ESD and safety standards when handling electronic components.
  • Inventory Management:
    Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials and finished goods. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances. Track BOM consumption through ERP systems.
  • Fixed Asset Management:
    Maintain and update the fixed asset register. Tag, verify, and audit factory assets and tools.
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
    Coordinate inbound shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules. Handle outbound deliveries for finished products and spare parts. Ensure proper documentation and communication with suppliers and transporters.
  • Systems & Reporting:
    Record all transactions in ERP or inventory software. Prepare warehouse, inventory, and logistics reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or operations roles (electronics or manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and component handling.
  • Knowledge of Modon regulations, SASO/Saber requirements, and local logistics processes.
