About the Human Resources Specialist Role
Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries & Biological Products is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to the human resources functions within a dynamic industry.
Role Objective and Contribution
The primary objective of this role is to implement and follow up on all human resources activities. This includes executing company policies, supporting both employees and management, and actively contributing to the improvement of the work environment and overall performance levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the execution and follow-up of job applications and correspondence for vacancies.
- Prepare, follow up on, and renew employment contracts, and manage service conclusion processes.
- Maintain employee files, ensuring completeness and updating data accurately.
- Monitor employee attendance, absence, leaves, and departures.
- Prepare human resources-related reports and correspondence.
- Oversee medical insurance, including renewals and service transfers for employees as needed.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with the established work system.
- Prepare periodic reports pertaining to human resources functions.
- Follow up on performance management and training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide necessary support.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in human resources is required.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi labor system and government employment regulations, including aspects like collective insurance and contract durations.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with the Jisr HR System.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to prepare reports and analyze data effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
