The Opportunity: Sales Representative

Aseeb is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Representative based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving sales for swimming pools, fountains, and landscape projects. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client inquiries, and engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their specific project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients.
• Conduct site visits alongside technical teams to assess project requirements.
• Actively follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and project specifications.
• Work towards achieving established sales targets.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Represent Aseeb professionally in all meetings and communications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated prior experience in the swimming pool field.
• Proven sales experience specifically within the swimming pool, fountains, or related construction/landscape industry.
• Strong client-facing skills, including proficiency in conducting site visits, delivering presentations, and negotiating effectively.
• Ability to comprehend the technical aspects of pool and fountain systems and clearly articulate solutions to clients.
• Solid organizational and record-keeping abilities for managing leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency with common office software and CRM systems for tracking opportunities and sales performance.
• A relevant educational background in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring comfort in coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The position involves active collaboration with technical and operations staff to deliver integrated pool and landscape solutions.
