• Welcoming visitors and greeting them in a manner befitting the center's general appearance • Responsibility for the center's doors by opening and closing them throughout working hours • Receiving and handing over children to their parents during the entry and exit of beneficiaries • Good conduct in emergency situations • Good listening to visitors to ensure the provision of appropriate service • Adherence to the official uniform • Commitment to the confidentiality of information and protecting it from any leakage • Marketing services to customers ● Customer Service and Cashier: • Following up on the transfer process for customers and documenting it in the designated forms • Communicating and confirming appointment bookings • Recording the data of visiting customers in the designated forms • Coordinating with other administrative departments in the branch • Following up on customer satisfaction • Following up with insurance customers and providing them with statements • Documenting customer attendance, number of sessions, and signing approved forms • Ensuring the registration of external sessions on the Rehabodox system • Exporting invoices on the system • Receiving financial payments from parents and providing parents with a copy of the contract and invoice electronically/manually • Registration in the branch's collections register • Following up on the settlement of the petty cash every 15th of each month and organizing the invoices file • Performing synchronization and uploading an email to the branch accountant ● Other responsibilities: Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or tasks required by the work needs
