PACC Company announces its need for a full-time or part-time Sales and Business Development Officer, to work in person or remotely, with the aim of attracting new clients and opening project opportunities for the company within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Title:
Sales & Business Development Executive

Essential Application Requirement:
Applicants must have strong and effective relationships within the contracting and projects market, be excellently familiar with the target segments, and possess a database or network of real relationships that enable them to directly communicate with potential clients and professionally present the company's services to them.

We are looking for someone who has:
Strong relationships in the contracting and projects market within the Kingdom.
Excellent knowledge of target segments, such as contractors, real estate development companies, engineering offices, finishing companies, project owners, commercial and industrial entities, and private sector projects.
A customer database or network of relationships that can be used to communicate with clients and open new sales and project opportunities.
A high ability to professionally present the company's services and convince clients of PACC's strength, expertise, and the quality of its solutions.
Experience in communication, follow-up, and converting potential clients into actual opportunities and projects.
Good command of the English language, spoken and written.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Search for new clients and projects suitable for the company's scope of work.
Communicate with target clients through calls, email, WhatsApp, visits, or professional channels.
Present the company's services professionally, reflecting PACC's strength and market expertise.
Identify client needs and link them to the company's solutions and services.
Arrange meetings with potential clients and follow up on opportunities until the offer stage.
Build an active customer base and continuously update contact information and opportunities.
Provide periodic reports on clients, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

PACC Company's Scope of Work:
PACC Company operates in implementing and supplying multiple solutions within the contracting and finishing sector, including:

Canopy and structural tensile works.
Metal fabrication and metal structure works.
Metal supports and special metal products.
Internal partitions and division systems.
Suspended ceilings and interior finishing works.
Fit-out works for commercial and administrative projects.
CCTV & Surveillance camera systems and security solutions.
Implementation solutions for residential, commercial, industrial projects, and public facilities.

Income System:
Fixed salary, commission, or salary + commission as agreed.
Generous commissions are awarded for projects successfully brought in and closed.

  • Report all raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to relevant departments and follow up on them until closure.
  • Investigate customer complaints and NCRs, analyze collected data, and submit findings to the Quality Operation Regional Manager for action and resolution.
  • Complete necessary forms, including complaint and investigation forms, and communicate them to the Operation Regional Manager.
  • Monitor pest control and hygiene service activities at stores and facilities.
  • Follow up on and communicate issues related to pest control and hygiene program activities.
  • Contribute to the development of quality training materials and conduct training sessions for targeted employees.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quality, Food Science, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Certified Lead Auditor qualification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in an Audit and Quality position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Quality Management and Supplier Audit Programs.
  • Proficiency in understanding local and international food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, AIB, and BRC, as well as Saudi regulatory authorities' standard requirements.
  • Experience in food safety and hygiene across Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
