The purpose of the job:

Supervising the implementation of civil works on-site according to approved plans and technical specifications, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality of execution, while coordinating between the different parties in the project..

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Daily oversight of civil works on-site and ensuring their implementation according to the drawings and technical specifications..
  2. Reviewing engineering plans and technical reports and ensuring compliance with project requirements..
  3. Preparing daily and weekly work progress reports and submitting them to management..
  4. Coordinating with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow..
  5. Following up on project schedules and ensuring compliance, addressing any delays or obstacles..
  6. Supervising the inspection and testing of the materials used and ensuring their quality..
  7. Ensuring the application of safety and health standards on-site..
  8. Reviewing and counting the executed quantities and submitting them to accounting and the technical office..
  9. Solving technical problems that may arise during execution in coordination with the consultant or technical office..
  10. Contributing to the preparation of technical documents and reports necessary for project handover..

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience of no less than 3 years.
  • Good knowledge of building codes and technical standards..
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions..
  • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate between different teams..
