• Identify opportunities for improvements while coordinating activities with both the client and stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with local content policies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Familiarity with various forms of contracts in the infrastructure sector.
• Prior experience in Airport or Infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

Job Purpose
Execute the main procurement activities including sourcing, contracting, and supplier developments in addition to purchasing requested materials, services, assets, MRO, and general purchasing with the right specifications, price, quality, and delivery time from the right source.

Key Accountability Areas

• Supplier Development and Evaluation: Develop suppliers to meet objectives related to cost savings, delivery performance, and materials quality. Perform regular supplier performance evaluations to establish development plans and strengthen business partnerships.
• Sourcing and Contracting: Execute sourcing and contracting plans based on the sourcing strategy. Maximize the number of contracted items to secure prices, delivery, payment terms, and quality.
• Procurement Execution: Understand detailed requirements for each purchase request and manage the execution of purchase requests through processing RFx from the approved supplier list.
• Materials and Specifications Management: Initiate alternative material specifications according to market availability and compare quotations based on approved comparison forms.
• Purchase Order Management: Ensure the PO has all required attached documents and follow the PO delivery schedule until materials are received.
• Procurement Coordination and Vendor Management: Contribute to procurement activities with required coordination and maintain vendor master information.

Qualifications
