Parsons is seeking a talented Procurement Engineer to be part of our team at King Salman International Airport (KSIA). In this role, you will engage in various procurement activities essential for the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct day-to-day procurement activities for the Infrastructure delivery program.
  • Develop Tender Event Schedules, Procurement Plans, and related documentation.
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and contract award processes.
  • Implement best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with clients and ensure compliance with the local content policy.

What You’ll Need:
  • A graduate degree (BSc, BA, LLB, or similar) is required.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in procurement practices.
  • Familiarity with various contract forms and experience in Airport/Infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and technologies necessary for daily operations.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Job Purpose
