Design, coordination, and execution of interior decoration work for projects, and supervising the implementation stages to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications, and the quality of delivery by contractors. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** - Prepare interior designs for projects (residential/hotel) using approved design programs.
- Provide development suggestions for spaces in accordance with project needs and budget.
- Review execution plans and ensure their compliance with architectural and technical requirements.
- Field supervision of the implementation of internal works by contractors and suppliers.
- Receive works from contractors according to the quality items and approved plans.
- Approve samples of furniture, flooring, paints, lighting, etc., in coordination with management.
- Coordinate with the engineering team and consulting offices to update designs and address notes.
- Modify and update plans and designs as needed during execution.
- Follow up on the implementation schedule and ensure work proceeds according to the approved timeline.
- Prepare periodic reports on work progress, technical notes, and the status of approvals. **Requirements:** - Experience of no less than 3 years in interior design and project execution.
- Proficiency in using design programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop.
- High ability to communicate with work teams and suppliers.
- Experience in managing samples, materials, and receipts.
- Preference for those with previous experience in executing hotel projects.
