We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Arabic Teacher to join our growing school community in Amaala, Saudi Arabia. This startup environment welcomes a diverse, multilingual student population and emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and inclusive practices.

Role Overview
The Arabic Teacher will deliver high-quality Arabic language instruction to both native and non-native speakers within multigrade classes. Strong differentiation skills and flexible planning are required as students of different ages and language profiles learn together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons for native and non-native speakers across various ages and abilities.
  • Effectively differentiate within multigrade classes to meet age and grade-level objectives.
  • Align Arabic teaching with Saudi national requirements while integrating IB approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to the broader school community.

Profiles We Are Recruiting For
This recruitment process encompasses two Arabic teaching roles. Placement will depend on student numbers and school needs.
  • Profile 1: Focus on older students (PYP/MYP) aged approximately 7–16, teaching predominantly to native Arabic speakers for Language & Literature classes.
  • Profile 2: Focus on early years and primary aged 1–11, requiring a warm, nurturing approach, with combined classes for native and non-native Arabic learners.

Essential Requirements
  • A Degree in Arabic and native-level proficiency.
  • High-level English communication skills.
  • Experience in teaching native and non-native Arabic speakers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.

Desirable:
  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (PYP/MYP).
  • Ability to teach Islamic Studies.
  • Saudi nationality or prior experience in the country.

  • Familiarity with hotel information systems such as Opera, Fidelio, and Micros Symphony.
