About the Role
The Arabic Language Training Manager is vital to our Academy's success, supporting high-level executives to effectively communicate in formal Arabic, particularly in the Saudi dialect. You will:
  • Design and conduct tailored Arabic training for English-speaking leaders.
  • Develop engaging training programs adhering to the highest instructional standards.
  • Assess training outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create relevant training materials aligned with cultural nuances.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Education, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Arabic language training, focusing on non-native speakers.
  • Expertise in Saudi dialect and cultural business etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Profile 2: Focus on early years and primary aged 1–11, requiring a warm, nurturing approach, with combined classes for native and non-native Arabic learners.

Essential Requirements
  • A Degree in Arabic and native-level proficiency.
  • High-level English communication skills.
  • Experience in teaching native and non-native Arabic speakers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.

Desirable:
  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (PYP/MYP).
  • Ability to teach Islamic Studies.
  • Saudi nationality or prior experience in the country.
