We're Hiring | Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our retail leadership team and support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations.

- Coach, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and KPI targets.

- Ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

- Maintain high visual merchandising and brand standards.

- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements

- Saudi National (Required).

- 2–4 years of experience in retail, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.

- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Senior Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.

- Flexibility to work retail shifts.
