Role Summary: Bartender

Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking a Bartender to join its hospitality team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves crafting non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails while providing outstanding service within an upscale resort environment. The Bartender will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through professional service and beverage expertise, acting as a key representative of the bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor or Outlet Manager, the Bartender's responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station, ensuring proper maintenance of all equipment and glassware.
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections and menu offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Processing transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handling cash and card payments with precision.
• Monitoring and managing bar inventory, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport.
• Maintaining composure and efficiency during peak service periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Following all company policies and procedures while representing the brand with excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale resort setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mocktail preparation and beverage service standards.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and bar management software.
• Strong understanding of non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent cash handling and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
