Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet services.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting menus and ensure high-quality food presentation.
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to optimize operations and profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in F&B management.
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall hotel operations and special events.
  • Respect and incorporate local cultural sensitivities in F&B offerings and service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field; advanced degrees or additional certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, including 23 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel or high-volume F&B establishment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
