About the Internship

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern to join the team. This internship offers hospitality students an opportunity to gain practical experience in a luxury resort environment. The intern will work alongside the Food & Beverage team, gaining exposure to restaurant and bar operations and developing service skills within the hospitality sector in Umluj, Tabuk.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and contribute to dining experiences.
• Gain experience across various Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
• Support daily service operations, including restaurant preparation, table settings, order taking, and food and beverage service.
• Learn and apply SLS brand standards in guest interactions.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, and service techniques to assist guests.
• Assist the team in delivering service, anticipating guest needs.
• Understand restaurant operations, service sequences, hygiene standards, and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain standards of grooming, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout the internship.

Qualifications and Experience

• Enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality.
• Energetic and willing to learn.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

This is an internship position located at SLS The Red Sea in Tabuk, with operations in Umluj. The role involves working within a team dedicated to hospitality services.
