Jayasom Wellness Resort at Triple Bay, AMAALA, is scheduled to open in 2025 in partnership with Red Sea Global (RSG). The resort will offer an immersive retreat focused on holistic health, integrative medicine, and soulful care. It will provide tailored journeys combining Western science and complementary therapies, including physiotherapy, fitness, nutrition, spa treatments, mindful recreation, and traditional healing practices. The aim is to restore balance and foster connection for guests.

The Role of Living & Facility Lead

The Living & Facility Lead is responsible for coordinating the daily living arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and related support services for Jayasom team members in Tabuk. This full-time role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for new and existing team members, covering pre-arrival arrangements, airport transportation, settling into assigned units, and assisting with onboarding and government-related requirements. The position acts as a key coordinator between the People & Capabilities team, Amaala/RSG accommodation management, transportation providers, and employee dining services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Amaala/RSG accommodation team for housing unit allocation and maintain accurate accommodation records.
• Ensure assigned accommodation units are prepared for occupancy, including checks on condition, cleanliness, and basic facilities.
• Manage employee check-ins, check-outs, room transfers, and accommodation changes.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and People & Capabilities teams to prepare for upcoming arrivals.
• Arrange airport pick-up and transportation for new team members to their assigned accommodation.
• Prepare and send pre-arrival communications, including accommodation details, transportation, location information, contacts, and housing guidelines.
• Support new team members upon arrival and contribute to their onboarding experience.
• Coordinate transportation and logistical support for new employees attending required appointments, such as Iqama medical examinations and Absher registration.
• Arrange or coordinate airport transportation for employees as needed, including urgent cases.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding accommodation, transportation, and facility requests.
• Conduct regular checks of employee accommodation and common facilities, coordinating maintenance and addressing concerns.
• Follow up on employee dining services and gather feedback on the staff restaurant, food quality, and menu.
• Coordinate with the Chef and relevant teams for menu adjustments based on feedback and operational needs.
• Maintain communication with employees and stakeholders regarding accommodation, transportation, dining, and facility updates.
• Support employees during urgent situations requiring transportation or accommodation assistance.
• Maintain records and trackers for accommodation allocation, arrivals, departures, transfers, transportation, and employee requests.
• Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for team members.
• Perform other living, facility, transportation, and employee-support duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience for this role. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate various logistical aspects efficiently.

This full-time position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, supporting the pioneering team at Jayasom Wellness Resort Amaala. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on employee well-being and operational efficiency.
