We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Oxagon facility in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture between Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM, our mission is to create a carbon-free future by producing green hydrogen at scale.

Position Overview:
The Instrumentation Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining our advanced hydrogen and ammonia production plants. You will lead a team of instrumentation technicians and planners, ensuring compliance with maintenance performance metrics and safety protocols. This role requires a thorough understanding of maintenance methodologies and a commitment to high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a strong instrumentation maintenance team.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance planning and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coach and develop your team effectively.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage contractor relationships throughout maintenance activities.
  • Be a part of the pre-commissioning and commissioning of plants.

Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the industrial gas or chemical industries, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position. A strong safety focus, leadership, and decision-making skills are essential.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with hazardous area instrumentation and safety systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and CMMS.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
